11 December: Bright colours of life in Kazakhstan

The Central Asia initiative at Leiden University, funded by Asian Modernities and Traditions, would like to create a platform for sharing knowledge on Central Asia. You are cordially invited to an afternoon on Kazakhstan, organized by the Kazakh Embassy to the Netherlands. In a series of short talks and films both students and academic staff will be acquainted with the rich heritage and traditions of Kazakhstan. Followed by a buffet reception with traditional Kazakh food.
